Shipper information:

Shipper conference passes are reserved exclusively for cargo owners, also called shippers or BCOs who are attending TPM primarily in the capacity of a buyer of freight transport services. This includes manufacturers, retailers, consumer products, agribusiness, and trading companies. The Journal of Commerce Events Team will verify all registrants selecting the Shipper category to ensure eligibility. The Shipper category does not apply to carriers, NVOCCs, freight forwarders, brokers, 3PLs, truckers, chassis providers, container leasing companies, or other logistics service providers.

Applying promo codes: If you have been provided a Promo Code for a discounted rate, you will need to add that in the promo code section at the end of the registration form and click 'APPLY'. The reduced rate will then appear.

Important Information about Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions:

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing through January 1, 2027. 
  • Cancellations received after January 1, 2027 and 'no shows' will be subject to the full conference rate. 
  • Substitutions may be made by contacting the Events Help Desk. 
  • You must provide the name, title, and contact information for the person you are substituting. 
  • We can only accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment.
